Brands don't have a clipping problem. They have an ops problem.
Most brands don't fail at clipping because the content is bad. They fail because they try to run 40 clippers like a group chat.
Someone posts a Google Drive. Half the people ghost. The ones who stay send the wrong hook. Nobody knows what got views. The brand thinks "clipping doesn't work."
Clipping works when three things are locked:
1. One goal. Views, or signups, or a specific video hitting a number. Not "make us go viral."
2. Pay on the result. Clippers who get paid on views behave differently than people you "might" pay later. They hunt. They post. They cut faster.
3. Someone owns the brief. Platform, length, first 3 seconds, what you cannot say. If that's fuzzy, you will pay for noise.
That's the agency I run. Brands tell me the goal. I set the campaign. Clippers join and get paid when the views land.
If you're a clipper, the Hub is free โ join, pick a live campaign, post.
If you're a brand, don't hire a Discord full of editors. Buy the ops.
