The books are closed. The recap is still a blank email.

Close Letter writes that email for you. $99 a month. You send a closed P&L to closeletter@proton.me. You get a recap you can paste and send. We do not email your client. We do not close the books. Not tax or CPA advice.

Month 1 voice: attach two recaps you already sent, or we write in the kit’s plain voice. We match you after you approve one.

Clock (America/Chicago): 48 hours from a complete P&L. Sunday does not count. Saturday 5pm in is due Monday 5pm. Miss it and that month is free.

Confidentiality: two readers (writer + a second reader sitting as your client). Not sold. Not used for other clients. Not used to train a public model. Kept until that month’s recap is sent, then 30 days, then deleted. On cancel, remaining files deleted in 7 days. Not SOC 2, not a CPA engagement. If that is not enough, do not subscribe.

One client per seat. Capacity 5. Cancel any month.

Refunds: unused first month (no P&L sent) through Whop within 7 days. If we already sent a recap that month, that month is not refundable.
