Why 90% of retail traders lose — and what Smart Money does differently

Most retail traders lose because they're trading against the institutions without even knowing it.

They chase breakouts that are actually liquidity grabs. They set stop losses right where smart money wants them. They buy at resistance and sell at support — every single time.

Smart Money Concepts (SMC) flips that entire script.

When you understand how institutional order flow works, you start to see the market completely differently:

• That "fake breakout" is actually a liquidity sweep — smart money grabbing retail stops before the real move

• That consolidation zone isn't random — it's an order block where institutions are loading positions

• That trend reversal has a name — Break of Structure (BOS) or Change of Character (CHOCH)

Once you see it, you can't unsee it. And that's when trading actually starts to make sense.

I put everything I know about SMC into a single PDF. No fluff, no theory overload — just the exact framework I use to read the market like the big players.

If you're tired of guessing, this is for you.

The 3 things I wish I knew before my first trade

I blew my first account in 2 weeks. Classic story — overleveraged on a meme stock, no stop loss, no plan.

Here's what would've saved me:

1. Position sizing is everything.

You don't need to risk more than 1-2% of your account on any single trade. If you're going all-in, you're gambling, not trading.

2. Learn to read price action before indicators.

Every beginner loads up 14 indicators and wonders why they're confused. Start with candlesticks, support/resistance, and volume. That's it.

3. Paper trade until you're bored.

If you can't make money on a simulator, you won't make money with real cash. The market doesn't care about your feelings — it rewards preparation.

I built Closed Market because I wanted a space where beginners could learn this stuff without the noise of free Discords full of pump-and-dump calls.

If you're serious about learning, this is the room.
