This one is working on volleys with Tanya
I'll be honest, I was sceptical if an ecological approach would work with someone like Tanya and her volleys. She doesnt have the best of hands to put it mildly haha
But after just 3 ecological focused sessions, her volleys have shown more improvement than years of basket drilling.
