45 And I Am Just Getting Started.

As I age, I feel like it is a second come around.

They say your life will flash before your eyes right before the end. But I have learned something different. As I age, yes it is true, the challenges I have already faced before come back like flashbacks. Situations I have already lived through, already survived, already figured out. And this time around, they are not challenges at all. They are just reminders of how far I have come.

Handling the same flashbacks a second time, maybe a 3rd, 4th, or 5th now, with grace and with wisdom, that is one of the most beautiful things about the opportunity to live longer and grow deeper. It does not break you. It builds you. And it has only made me stronger.

Now at 45 I find myself forgiving for things I never thought I would forgive for. And that was not weakness. That was the hardest, most powerful thing I have ever done. Because I chose my peace over my pride. I chose my future over my past. And I will always continue to do it again.

I have learned to love without fear. Loss is a part of life and I have felt it. But I refuse to let it close me off. Every person I have poured into, every relationship I have invested in, every connection I have built, that is not a risk. That is the whole point. Staying open is how I keep growing and it is how I keep giving. It is better to love and lose. But if you choose to love, I believe you cannot lose.

Now the scary part. My NEW challenge at 45 is one I did not see coming and have no flashbacks on. In a world that is more connected than ever on a screen and more disconnected than ever in real life, I feel called to prove that true compassion and real humanity still exist. Not through a filter. Not through a highlight reel. Through actual presence. Through actually showing up for people. Through looking someone in the eye and saying I see you and I mean it. That is harder than it sounds in 2026. And I think it might be the most important work I do.

I will not live forever….But 45 years of lighting people's torches, and watching them go light the torch of someone else, that is what true impact looks like. That is my calling and Im going to fight for it. That is the legacy I am building. Not a monument..... A movement that keeps moving long after I am gone, carried by the people who carry it forward.

One of the biggest downfalls in online fitness coaching today is that people no longer trust who’s actually on the other end. Too many programs feel automated, disconnected, and impersonal.

That’s why our daily group Zoom calls matter so much. You’re not left wondering if anyone actually sees you, understands your struggles, or cares about your progress. You get real human interaction, real feedback, real coaching, and a community that’s invested in your journey.

When doubt, hesitation, and second guessing start to disappear… that’s when people truly start to thrive. Confidence grows. Consistency improves. And amazing progress can happen.
