Colloquium is a calm, respectful space for honest connection. These guidelines help keep our time smooth and comfortable.

Rescheduling & Cancellation You may reschedule or cancel anytime before your session begins. Quiet Hour and Quiet Window sessions can be booked up to 1 month in advance. Please use the Cal.com links so I’m informed and can adjust my schedule accordingly.

Refunds Full refunds are available for any cancelled session that hasn’t started yet. If you've cancelled and wish to request a refund, please reach out to me through Whop and I’ll take care of it. (only applies to Quiet Hour & Quiet Window)

Respect for Our Shared Time Colloquium runs on trust. I appreciate any notice you can give when plans change — it helps keep this space calm and fair for everyone.

No-Show Sessions If a session starts and you’re unable to attend, it may be marked as a no-show. I offer one gentle grace rebooking per month if you wish to reconnect.

Starting Your Session Your session begins through a WhatsApp link sent shortly before your scheduled time.

Communication Platform All sessions and messages take place on WhatsApp. You’re welcome to reach out through Whop messaging if you have any questions.

Confidentiality Everything shared in our conversations stays private between us. I do not record, store, or share your messages.
