The #1 reason your diet keeps failing (it's not willpower)

Most women have tried at least 3 diets by age 30. And most of them "fail."

But here's the thing — the diets failed you, not the other way around.

After studying nutrition science and working with hundreds of women, I've found the same pattern every time:

The diet was too aggressive. A 1,000 calorie deficit sounds fast, but your body fights back — leptin drops, ghrelin spikes, cortisol goes up, and suddenly you're binging at midnight.

The fix is boring but it works:

→ A moderate 300-400 calorie deficit

→ High protein (0.7-1g per lb of bodyweight)

→ Resistance training 3-4x per week

→ 7-9 hours of sleep (yes, really)

→ Patience measured in months, not weeks

Women also have to account for hormonal fluctuations — your body literally retains more water during the luteal phase. If you step on the scale at the wrong time, you'll think the diet isn't working when it absolutely is.

I built MacroMind to teach all of this properly — with visual breakdowns, structured meal plans, and a community of women who actually get it.

The course is free right now. No catch, just trying to help more women stop falling for the same diet industry traps.
