Journal first. Evaluation second

"I already have a spreadsheet."

We had one too. It broke the day a trade was skipped because logging it was a chore.

TradeZella logs the trade for you, then adds what a spreadsheet cannot: a replay of the chart at the time of entry, analytics by setup and by hour, and a notes page beside each trade for the reason you took it.

Keep the spreadsheet if you like. Add the journal.
