The 3 biggest mistakes creators make with their written content

Most creators pour hours into video, thumbnails, and hooks — then slap together their written content as an afterthought. Here's what I see wrong with 90% of creator copy:

1. Writing for everyone = writing for no one. Your newsletter, landing page, and tweets should all sound like a DM to one specific person. If you can't name who you're writing to, you're wasting words.

2. Burying the value. People scan. Your best insight should be in the first two lines, not paragraph four. Lead with the payoff, then explain how you got there.

3. Sounding like a template. "In this post, I'll share..." — nobody talks like that. Write how you speak. Read it out loud. If it sounds robotic, rewrite it.

I've ghostwritten for dozens of creators and coaches. The ones who grow fastest all have one thing in common: they treat their words like a product, not filler.

If your content isn't converting, it's probably one of these three issues. Fix them and watch what happens.
