A free Instagram audit you run in Claude Code. Type “audit @yourpage” and add any public pages you want to learn from. It works through your list one page at a time, in a browser window you can watch open each profile and each post, with pauses in between. It stays logged out and never asks for a password. Logged out, Instagram shows about the 12 most recent posts of a page, so that is what it reads.

Every post is scored against its own page’s usual numbers. The report: outliers and flops, the strongest format, the hook patterns that pull ahead, what a “Comment KEYWORD” ask does, posting rhythm, a leaderboard of all your pages, your page side by side with the 3 best-ranked ones, and 5 original ideas for your next posts.

Before it starts it tells you how long your list will take (about 3 minutes a page; the pauses are on purpose). Stopped part way? Run the same line again and it picks up where it left off.

Built in: one page at a time, up to 40 posts per page, a pause before every post and between pages, a longer break every 5 pages, and it stops at once if Instagram asks it to.

What you need: Claude Code, Node.js 20+ and about 3 GB of free disk (Python optional). Setup is one command and takes 10 to 20 minutes, once.
