Most people spend months applying to jobs the wrong way. Hundreds of applications, zero callbacks. Here's what actually works — broken down step by step.

Week 1: Fix your foundation

• Rewrite your CV using ATS-friendly formatting (most resumes get filtered out by software before a human ever sees them)

• Rebuild your LinkedIn headline using a results-first formula — not "Aspiring Professional" but "Marketing Analyst | Drove 40% Growth at [Company]"

• Create a target company list of 20 companies you'd actually want to work for

Week 2: Outreach over applications

• Stop mass-applying on job boards. Instead, find 3-5 people at each target company on LinkedIn
