PrintCrate sells print-ready STL files for home FDM printers (Ender, Prusa, Bambu-style machines) plus a separate 1-hour online printer troubleshooting session.

What you can buy:

1. Desk Organizer STL Pack — a digital pack of print-ready files (hex tray, cable clip, headphone hook). After payment, open Print Guides and download from the pinned Download post. You do not need to message us to receive files.

1. Crate Desk Planter — Print-Ready STL — a single STL design sold separately from the pack. After payment, open Planter Download and download that file from the pinned post. Buying this product does not include the STL Pack.

1. 1-Hour 3D Printer Support — one online session of up to 60 minutes for setup, slicing, calibration, first layer, bed leveling, or print-quality issues. This service is not included with STL purchases. After payment, open Support Session to coordinate the call.

How file access works:

• Pay once with a card.

• Whop grants access automatically.

• Open the member experience on that product.

• Download the files yourself from the pinned post.

Printer support is a separate product. It is not bundled with the STL Pack or the single STL file.
