• Brands are drowning in Instagram DMs from people they've never seen deliver.

• Creators are guessing rates, guessing briefs, and applying to the wrong companies.

• The ones who get booked aren't always the most talented. They're the ones who show up with a tight niche, a clean sample, and a rate the brand can say yes to this week.

If you're starting out: pick one niche. Make 3 samples that look like ads, not lifestyle vlogs. Write a one-line offer ("I make UGC for [product type] — $X for a 30s video"). Then talk to people who are already buying, not your following.

If you're already booking: your problem is consistency. You need a pipeline, not another course.
