If you're under 1k subs, your problem usually isn't talent. It's this loop:

You open a blank Google Doc. You "research" for 40 minutes. You close the laptop. Repeat for two weeks.

Three things actually stop the first 50 videos:

1. No hook. If the first line isn't a punch, you won't record. Write 10 hooks before you write a script. Steal the structure, not the words: "I wasted 90 days doing X so you don't have to."

2. No thumbnail before the script. If you can't picture the click, the video isn't a video yet. Sketch the face + 3 words first.

3. No finish line. "Make a great video" is infinite. "Upload by Sunday 6pm" is a job.

The creators who grow from 0 to 1k aren't better. They just have a system that removes the blank page.
