Most private tutors and music teachers don’t lose students because they’re

bad at teaching.

They lose them because the admin around it feels chaotic —

a lesson that never got confirmed, an invoice nobody remembers sending, a

parent who asks “is she actually improving?” and gets a vague reassurance

instead of a real answer.

This kit is five connected Notion databases built specifically for private

tutors and music teachers: Students, Lesson Library, Lesson Log, Invoices,

and Progress Reports. Log a lesson once, and it connects to the right

student, the right materials, and a running record of real improvement.

fully on Notion’s Free plan. Nothing else to buy or connect.
