2. Synthetic ≠ cheap-looking anymore. The heat-resistant fibers on the market now hold curl definition and don't get that "wiggy" shine under light.

3. Low-maintenance doesn't mean no-maintenance. Even a slip-on wig needs a monthly detangle and cool-air refresh to keep its shape.
