2. Underestimating lead time on finishes.

Powder coating, patina treatments, and specialty lacquers can add 2-4 weeks. If you're working backwards from an install date, loop us in early so we can plan around finishing schedules.

3. Not providing site dimensions until the last minute.

A 1/4" discrepancy between your plans and the actual wall can mean the difference between a seamless built-in and a visible gap. We always recommend a site visit before final drawings.
