Why your next bag shouldn't come off a shelf
Most bags are designed for the average person. Which means they're designed for nobody.
The zipper placement is wrong for how you actually use it. The strap length doesn't work for your frame. The color is close to what you wanted but not quite right.
That's the problem with mass production — it optimizes for scale, not for you.
At Bag Workshop, every single bag starts as a conversation. What do you actually carry? Where does it go with you? Do you want a crossbody that sits at your hip or one that hits at your waist?
We work in full-grain leather, hand-stitched. No two bags are the same because no two people are the same.
The process takes about 2-3 weeks. You pick the style, the leather, the hardware, even get it monogrammed. Then we build it from scratch in our workshop.
It costs more than fast fashion. It lasts longer than anything you'll find in a department store. And every time you grab it on the way out the door, you'll know it was made for you.
If you've been looking for the bag — not a bag — this is it.
