Your certifications are buried. That's why you're not getting interviews.

BOSIET, H2S, VFD, switchgear — the lines a recruiter actually searches for — sit on page two under a generic objective. Page one is a paragraph about being a "hardworking team player."
Hiring managers do not read that paragraph. They scan for proof you can do the job, then they move on.
Put tickets and hands-on kit at the top. Cut the fluff. Name the role you want in the header.
If you hire instead of job-hunt: send a clear scorecard, not a 14-line job description. I cannot shortlist against "must be a self-starter." I can shortlist against five must-haves and two deal-breakers.
That's the work. Tight CVs for candidates. Tight shortlists for companies.
