Welcome, everyone in OurLivesHQ.

This thread is for weekly wins. Drop a reply with what you are working on right now, plus one goal and one challenge that is in the way.

If you are not sure where to start, use this:

1. Name one habit you reset this week, or one gaming session that turned around after a rough start.

2. Write the next tiny action you will take in the next 24 hours to keep that momentum.

Reply below so we can cheer you on and keep each other moving.

Members: you can earn 30% when you share Deliberate Play with other gamers.

Grab your personal referral link from your Whop dashboard, share it with friends and viewers who keep tilting after a loss, and you get 30% on every paid sale that comes through that link.

This is a high commission because helping someone stop tilt-autopilot is worth passing on. If you stream or post about ranked, send them the program that gets them back to deliberate decisions instead of another spiral session.

Welcome everyone! If you recently enrolled in Deliberate Play, Takeout Flavor Under 650, or any of our practical guides, check the Courses and apps tab on your left navigation menu to begin lesson 1 right now. Introduce yourself in the replies below and tell us what you're working on today!
