The one prompting pattern that changed everything for me
Most people use AI like a search engine. Type a question, get an answer, move on.
That's leaving 90% of the value on the table.
The single biggest unlock I found was structured role assignment — not just "act as an expert," but giving the AI a specific mental model to operate from.
Here's the difference:
❌ "Help me write a marketing email"
✅ "You are a direct response copywriter who studied under Gary Halbert. Your copy philosophy: every line exists to make the reader read the next line. Write a cold email for [product] targeting [audience] that opens with a pattern interrupt and closes with a soft CTA."
The second version doesn't just produce better output — it produces consistent output because the AI has a framework to reason within.
This is just one of the skills I break down daily inside The Skill Lab. One new AI technique, every day, that works across Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini — whatever you're using.
If you're serious about getting more out of AI than surface-level chat, this is where you level up.
