A 60 to 90 minute visit to your site. We measure the work, photograph existing conditions, note grade and access, and send a written quote within two business days.

The assessment fee is credited in full if you book the job. If the site is not ready to measure, we will say so before charging extra time.

Bring any drawings, survey notes, or HOA rules you already have. We work around those.
