What is DealMatch?

DealMatch is a smart real estate platform that connects individual buyers and sellers, primarily for FSBO (for-sale-by-owner) deals. Instead of one shared feed, DealMatch uses two separate onboarding flows — a buyer intake form and a seller intake form — and matches them using a scoring engine based on location, budget, property type, bedroom count, and timeline.

How does DealMatch work?

Buyers enter their budget range, target locations, property type, minimum bedrooms, financing status, and must-haves. Sellers enter their asking price, location, property specs, condition, and timeline. DealMatch's matching engine compares every buyer against every listing and generates a ranked match score, so both sides see only the most relevant matches instead of scrolling an open marketplace.
