Been selling on Vinted for a while, but decided to actually build this into a real business instead of one-off listings. First move: bought a mixed lot of 30 Y2K jeans from a supplier — baggys, boot cuts, low-rise flares, a mix of brands and conditions. 😁

They land very soon. Since every pair is genuinely unique (different size/brand/condition), each one is getting its own listing with real photos once I've sorted through the batch — prices will land somewhere between 20-50€ depending on quality. 🤑

Why I moved off Vinted: no way to build a real community and no waitlist/hype tools. Running it as its own storefront means I keep more of the margin and can build repeat buyers instead of one-off strangers. 😉
