Evidence review does not need to begin with manually opening every file.

Nultra Evidence Review processes files from one folder, extracts OCR data through Power Automate, consolidates the information in Excel, and uses Copilot Studio to prepare a final review register containing the file name, suggested folder, expiry date and review status.

The system prepares and organises the evidence. Qualified professionals retain final judgement.

I’m currently speaking with firms that handle high-volume evidence packs and want to understand whether this workflow fits their process.

Introducing Nultra Evidence Review

I’ve built a practical evidence-review workflow designed to help organisations process large volumes of documents more efficiently, while keeping final judgement with qualified professionals.

The workflow uses OCR, Power Automate, Copilot Studio and Excel to process evidence files, extract relevant information and produce a structured review register containing:

  • File name

  • Suggested folder

  • Expiry date

  • Whether further review is needed

There are now three ways to access Nultra Evidence Review:

1. Pre-recorded video walkthroughs

A visual explanation of how the workflow operates from start to finish. You’ll see how files are processed, how information is extracted and how the final Excel register is created.

This is ideal if you prefer to watch the process rather than read through the technical and operational details.

2. The Nultra Evidence Review ebook

A professional, off-the-shelf guide explaining the workflow, its purpose, the role of each technology, the expected outputs and the key considerations for implementation.

This is designed for business owners, compliance professionals and operations teams who want to understand how automated evidence review could apply to their organisation.

The ebook is self-contained and does not include personalised consulting, implementation or ongoing support.

3. Collaborative implementation and ongoing support

For organisations that want to go beyond understanding the process, I also offer collaborative implementation.

This can include:

  • Reviewing your current evidence-review process

  • Mapping your document types and requirements

  • Adapting the workflow to your organisation

  • Configuring the automation and review logic

  • Testing the system with sample evidence packs

  • Creating the appropriate output structure

  • Supporting team handover and adoption

  • Providing ongoing support and workflow improvements

This is a bespoke service and is priced according to the complexity, volume and requirements of each organisation.

The guide and videos help you understand the opportunity. The implementation service helps you apply it to your own business.

If you regularly handle evidence packs, certificates, licences, policies, supplier documents, contractor records or other compliance documentation, Nultra Evidence Review may be worth exploring.

You can start with the videos or ebook, or enquire directly about collaborative implementation and support. The next step is to review your current process and determine whether the workflow is a suitable fit.

Stop reading every page in a 400-file review

Compliance teams lose weeks to a habit that feels responsible: opening every file, reading top to bottom, then starting the next one.

That is how stacks grow and reviews slip.

A better pass looks like this:

  1. Sort first. Separate policies, KYC packs, contracts, and evidence. Mixing them is what makes a pile feel infinite.

  2. Read the last version, not the trail. Most files in a batch are duplicates or superseded drafts. Confirm the current one, then sample the rest.

  3. Score for risk, not completeness. Ask: does this file change a decision? If no, log it and move. Completeness is a later pass, after the high-risk set is done.

  4. Write the trail while you work. A one-line note per file beats reconstructing why you approved something three weeks later.

The wake-up is simple: your job is the decision, not the page count. Review the files that can blow up. File the rest.
