Whop Discover review stuck for weeks — anyone else experiencing this?
I’m a developer/seller on Whop, and my product has been under review for weeks for inclusion in Discover.
The product is a $39.99/month TradingView indicator. I submitted everything required, but the review has simply remained pending with no meaningful update.
The frustrating part is that I cannot find a way to contact an actual person about the review. The only support option I can find is the AI assistant/chat, which unfortunately doesn't provide any useful information about the status of the review or why it is taking so long.
I understand that Whop may need to review products before allowing them into Discover. That's completely reasonable. What I don't understand is having a review remain pending for weeks with no explanation, no estimated timeframe, and apparently no human support channel to ask about it.
So I'm asking other Whop sellers:
Has anyone else had their Discover review pending for weeks?
How long did your review actually take?
Did Whop eventually approve/reject it without contacting you?
Were you able to reach a human reviewer or support representative?
Is there something specific about TradingView indicators or subscription products that causes longer reviews?
Did anyone find a way to get an actual human to look at the case?
I'm not looking for special treatment. I simply want to understand whether this is normal, whether there is an actual backlog, or whether something is wrong with my submission.
If you've experienced the same thing, I'd really appreciate hearing how it was eventually resolved.
