Swapping the colours in a template is something you can do yourself in an afternoon. What you cannot easily do is make a layout hold together once your typeface, your photography and your actual copy length are in it — which is where most adapted templates start to look wrong without anyone being able to say why. This is that work, done properly, and you own the result outright.
