Someone asked me why they feel productive but still never actually improve. It’s usually because the routine is too complicated to repeat. I’m putting together a simple version for people who want more structure without turning their day into a project. If that’s you, check it here

A lot of people think the problem is lack of discipline, when really it’s usually lack of structure. If you’ve ever started strong and then fallen off, I get it. What’s the hardest part for you, starting or staying consistent?

Most people don’t need more motivation. They need a simple system they’ll actually follow on bad days. That’s where things usually break. Do you struggle more with focus, energy, or consistency?

The real issue for most people isn’t that they don’t care about their health. It’s that their routine is too hard to keep up with. If I made this into something super simple and realistic, would you want that?

I made this space for people who want to feel better digitally without needing a full life overhaul.

A lot of wellness advice is either too extreme or too vague. This store is for practical tools that help with things like:

  • focus

  • screen habits

  • mental clarity

  • calmer routines

  • less digital overwhelm

If that’s something of your interest you know where to come

Anyone else check their phone first thing in the morning before even getting out of bed? 📵

I used to do it every single day — and I hated myself for it. So I stopped complaining and built something to fix it.

I just launched ProCoach — a digital wellness community on Whop with 7 practical tools to help you reduce screen time, reset your dopamine and actually reclaim your focus.

I'm a student who built this from scratch with zero budget because I genuinely believe screens are the biggest thing standing between most people and the life they actually want.

I'm looking for my first members. To celebrate the launch I'm giving away free access to 4 of my products to the first 10 people who join.

Comment "interested" below or send me a DM and I'll send you the link personally 🙏

The real reason you can't focus (and a free framework to fix it)

Most people think their focus problem is about willpower. It's not.

It's about environment design.

I spent years studying peak performance and digital wellness, and the biggest shift came when I stopped fighting distractions and started engineering my environment to eliminate them.

Here's the 3-layer framework I use every week:

Layer 1: Input Audit

List every notification, app, and tab you opened in the last 24 hours. Circle the ones that actually moved the needle. Delete or mute the rest.

Layer 2: Focus Blocks

Pick 2 hours per day where your phone is in another room. Not on silent — in another room. The difference is massive.

Layer 3: Weekly Reset

Every Sunday, review what pulled your attention off-track. Adjust your environment for the week ahead. This is where the compounding happens.

I send a new challenge every week inside The Focus Reset that walks you through frameworks like this, with community accountability built in.

If you're tired of reading about productivity and want to actually practice it — this is the place.

I tracked my screen time for 30 days. Here's what actually happened to my brain.

I used to pick up my phone 147 times a day. Not exaggerating — I tracked it.

Every notification was a hit. Every scroll was a micro-escape. By the end of each day, I'd spent 6+ hours on my phone and couldn't remember a single thing I'd seen.

So I ran an experiment: a structured 7-day dopamine reset. Not the "go live in the woods" kind. A real, practical protocol I could follow while still working, socializing, and living my life.

Here's what shifted:

Days 1-2: Brutal. My brain kept reaching for the phone like a phantom limb. I caught myself unlocking it with zero intention at least 30 times. The Dopamine Audit was a wake-up call — seeing my actual usage data hit different.

Days 3-4: The fog started lifting. I noticed I could read for 20 minutes straight without checking my phone. Small thing, but it felt massive. Sleep improved noticeably.

Days 5-7: This is where it clicked. I wasn't just avoiding my phone — I was choosing better alternatives. My brain started craving creation over consumption. I had ideas again. Real ones.

30 days later: My daily screen time dropped from 6.2 hours to 1.8 hours. Not through willpower — through system design. I replaced triggers, restructured my environment, and rewired the reward loop.

The biggest lesson? Dopamine detox isn't about deprivation. It's about upgrading what your brain finds rewarding.

Most people fail because they white-knuckle it. They go cold turkey for 48 hours, then binge harder than before. The protocol I used works because it replaces, not removes.

If your attention span is shot and you know you're capable of more — the problem isn't discipline. It's that your reward system is miscalibrated. And that's fixable.

Your brain is hardware. Time to update the software.
