The 3 habits that actually changed my life (no fluff)
I spent years reading self-help books and never actually changing anything. Then I stripped it down to 3 non-negotiable habits that completely rewired how I operate.
1. The 2-minute journal
Every morning, I write down one thing I'm grateful for and one thing I'll accomplish today. Not 10 things. Not a full page. Just two lines. The consistency is what makes it powerful.
2. "Energy audits"
Once a week, I review what gave me energy and what drained it. Then I restructure the next week to do more of what fuels me. Most people never do this because they're on autopilot.
3. The "teach it back" method
Whatever I learn, I explain it to someone else within 24 hours. Could be a friend, a voice note, or a post. If you can't explain it simply, you didn't actually learn it.
These three things helped me go from scattered and stuck to focused and consistent. None of them require willpower — they require systems.
I built GrowthHub around this philosophy: practical tools that build real habits. No motivational quotes. Just frameworks that work.
If this resonated, check out the Starter Pack — it's everything I use, organized into digital workbooks you can start today.
