Whats in this program:
There is 3 different levels to choose depending on your current fitness level:
Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.
Beginner - 3 Day/Week Split, I recommend this split if you're new to the exercising/going to the gym.
Intermediate - 5 Day/Week Split, I recommend this split if you've trained in the gym already for over 6 months or if you have a background in athletics such as being a active person in general or someone who has played sports throughout school.
Advanced - 6 Day/Week Split, I recommend this split if you've trained in the gym if you've trained for well over a year or if you know for a fact you're well conditioned and have a strong work capacity
