The Ippo Training Program is built for one purpose: creating a body that looks capable because it is capable.



Inside this program, there is 2 different routines.

The first split has been created to train purely like Ippo, not look like him. While the second split has been made to train like him, along with a reduction in intensity and more bodybuilding focus in order to look like him.

Both splits consist of 5 Day a Week Training.

This program is highly intensive with a major focus on conditioning. Feel free to do circuits in each workout to save training time.

Split A - Boxing With Mostly Calisthenics (Hard Variation) This routine consists of purely calisthenics and boxing for those who lack equipment. This routine is better if you just want to train like Ippo, and don’t care for the physique. This routine is significantly more intense and is intended to make you as conditioned as possible.

Split B - Less Boxing, More Weightlifting and Calisthenics (Normal Variation) This routine consists of a combination of calisthenics and weightlifting and will be better to follow if you want to look like Ippo. This routine is much less intense, with higher rest times, and will lead to more muscle mass gain, but less conditioning
