In this program:
There is one unified training split.
It combines traditional weight training, calisthenics, and core-focused conditioning, emphasizing chest and ab development while maintaining balance and athleticism across the full body.
It will include 5 training days a week in a upper lower split with an extra chest and abs day.
Day 1 – Upper (Weights)
Day 2 – Lower (Weights)
Day 3 – Upper (Calisthenics)
Day 4 – Lower (Calisthenics)
Day 5 – Chest and Abs (Hybrid)
