Core members receive access to the full Retail ACO support system, including detailed guides, one-on-one ticket support, release calendars, release requests, account checkers & testers, and Retail ACO.

Retail ACO is operated by Cris, who has multiple years of experience running bots and managing ACO across a wide range of releases. Every properly submitted entry received before forms close is treated equally and run fairly. There is no priority system, no favorites, and no members placed ahead of others. If you submit your entries on time, we run them. Simple as that.
