Hedwig Shackle Pole Movement

HS

by Hedwig Shackle

Learn the art of Static Rotation online with me. Each class is about exploring rotational movement sequences on static pole with an emphasis on softness and elegance through timing and tactile awareness. The “tricks” serve purely as frameworks through which we practice moving more gently and consciously.
