Rate Card reviews what you charge. Send your current rates and a description of what each one includes, and get back an analysis: where the scope is open-ended, which line items are being given away inside a fixed price, what the effective hourly rate works out to once revisions are counted, and where the card invites the negotiation you keep having. It is an analysis of your own pricing, not a market survey or a benchmark against other suppliers.
