Snag List

D

by doricsteeple9c

One snag list read cold, as the contractor receiving it reads it: every item checked for whether it is located precisely, described as an action, and defensible against the specification, and the list checked for the rooms and systems nobody walked. Item 14 says "kitchen unfinished". The contractor will read that, agree, and fix nothing. Priced per list, one payment, nothing recurring.
