I'll pay you 25-30% to send me clients (n8n automation)

Quick one for anyone in the automation/no-code space, or anyone with an audience of e-commerce, real estate, local service, or agency owners:

I just opened up the affiliate program on both my products —

  • n8n Template Vault ($29/mo, 7-day free trial) — ready-to-deploy workflows for lead capture, order sync, and reporting

  • Done-For-You Automation Build ($497 one-time) — I build the whole workflow for them

Commission structure:

  • 30% on every referral through the global affiliate program

  • Existing members also earn 25%/20% just for referring people they know — so if you're already automating your own biz with n8n, you get paid twice: once for your own workflows, again for who you send my way

Why this is an easy sell: almost every small business owner has at least one manual process bleeding hours every week (lead follow-up, order processing, client reporting). You don't need to be technical to spot the pain — you just need to ask "what are you still doing by hand every week?"

Drop a comment or DM me if you want your affiliate link — happy to also share the exact workflow breakdowns so you know what you're pitching.

The 3 n8n workflows that save my clients 10+ hours a week (and why most automation agencies overcomplicate this)

I build automation systems for e-com brands, real estate teams, and agencies for a living. After a couple years of this, the workflows that actually get used — not the ones that look cool in a demo — are almost always boring:

1. Lead capture → CRM → instant follow-up

Form/DM/comment comes in → n8n enriches it (email lookup, company info) → drops into CRM → fires an SMS/email within 60 seconds. Speed-to-lead is the single biggest lever for close rate and nobody automates it properly.

2. Order/inventory sync across tools

Shopify order → n8n webhook → updates a sheet or 3PL → alerts the team if stock is low. Most brands are still doing this by hand or paying for a bloated $200/mo tool that does 10% of what a $0 n8n workflow does.

3. Weekly client reporting

Pulls metrics from ad platforms/CRM/Stripe → formats into a doc or Slack message → sends itself every Monday at 8am. If you're an agency and you're still manually building client reports, you're burning hours you could bill.

The pattern: automation wins when it removes a step a human does every single day, not when it's flashy. Start there.

I post templates for stuff like this + run a community where people share what they're building — link in my store if that's useful to you.
