@dopaminoxil·Oct 4Anyone else start deep cleaning and suddenly get mad at everyone in the house? 😫🤣
Me this Morning lol
@dopaminoxil·Oct 2You don’t have to clean your entire house at once. Break it up into small tasks throughout the week
🧺 Monday: Laundry + quick bedroom reset
🚽 Tuesday: Bathrooms
🧹 Wednesday: Vacuum & mop floors
🍽️ Thursday: Kitchen wipe-down + appliances
🧽 Friday: Dust surfaces + catch-up day
🗑️ Saturday: Declutter one small area
✨ Sunday: Rest or do a 10-minute reset for the week ahead
@dopaminoxil·Sep 27Tonight’s check-in. One surface.
You freeze, you start, or you skip. All three are allowed.
Reply *STARTED* and a photo of one surface you touched.
Or reply *SKIPPED*. That still counts.
Sink, counter, laundry pile, or the floor path. One thing. Not the whole kitchen.
If you started, say what it was in one line

🧹 THE 14-DAY ADHD HOUSE RESET
Your home doesn’t need to be perfect. It just needs a reset.

That also matches the current ADHD-cleaning content landscape, where flexible routines, tiny resets, and recovery after missed days are recurring themes.
@dopaminoxil·Sep 27Start date: Monday, Oct 6.
End date: Sunday, Oct 19.
One surface a day. Photo in Daily check-in. STARTED or SKIPPED both count.
Day 1 sink.
Day 2 counter next to the sink.
Day 3 floor in front of the sink.
Day 4 the soaking dish.
Day 5 one burner.
Day 6 the trash.
Day 7 same sink.
Day 8 bathroom sink.
Day 9 toilet handle.
Day 10 ten items off the chair.
Day 11 path to the bed.
Day 12 front door landing.
Day 13 one laundry machine started.
Day 14 end photo of the sink.
You do not owe a clean house on Oct 19. You owe a start.
Paid members: open 14-day house reset. Free community: comment the room you freeze in and we will tell you day 1 anyway.
@dopaminoxil·Sep 23We are not doing family leaderboards. Sweepy already owns that.
If you live with someone and you fight about the mess, Household is a chore contract: who starts the sink, who starts the floor, what skipped means.
Two logins. No ranking the kids.
@focuscleansupporteam·Sep 23When your brain says "no" but the mess says "yes." Try this: 5 minutes, one tiny area, done. That's it. No marathon cleaning required. Our app breaks it down even smaller
@dopaminoxil·Sep 20For the first time Focus Clean is an app can be customized to fit exactly what you need — not just cleaning.
