For five years I struggled trying to build my junk removal business. There were months where jobs were slow, money was tight, and I felt like I was constantly trying things that didn’t work. I made a lot of mistakes, wasted money on the wrong strategies, and spent countless hours figuring things out on my own.
There were days I thought about quitting. Long days, early mornings, late nights, and a lot of trial and error. But I kept pushing forward because I knew if I could figure this business out, it could completely change my life.
Over time I started learning what actually works — how to get consistent jobs, how to price properly, how to market locally, and how to build systems that bring in work every week. Slowly the business started growing. Jobs became consistent. Revenue increased. What once felt impossible started becoming real.
Eventually the business grew to the point where I was making over $1,000 days consistently. And one of the proudest moments of my life was being able to retire my mom at 24.
