5 meals I eat every week that take under 15 minutes
I used to think eating healthy meant spending hours in the kitchen. Turns out, most of my best meals take less time than ordering delivery.
Here are 5 I rotate every single week:
1. Greek bowl — Cucumber, tomato, feta, chickpeas, olive oil, lemon. No cooking required. Seriously.
2. Stir-fry anything — Whatever veggies are in the fridge + soy sauce + garlic + rice. Done in 10 minutes.
3. Sheet pan salmon — Salmon fillet, broccoli, sweet potato. Season, 400°F, 12 minutes. One pan, no cleanup.
4. Black bean quesadillas — Tortilla, black beans, cheese, salsa. 5 minutes. Tastes like you tried way harder than you did.
5. Overnight oats — Oats, milk, chia seeds, berries. Make it before bed, eat it in the morning. Zero effort.
The secret to eating well isn't talent — it's having a handful of go-to meals you can make without thinking.
