I sent a refund for a digital book ($39) I have a refund for any reason policy) and all of sudden my business info disappeared and whop needs to check the legitimacy of my business and payouts paused. I have zero chargebacks and over $20,000+ processed in last 2 months.
Also first refund I have ever sent.
Sent it in.
Said it would take 24hrs and well it’s Thursday and this happen Monday. Any help?
