You bought another course. Then work got busy. Then the course sat there, and you told yourself you would start on Monday.

Courses do not fail 9-5 workers. Open-ended plans do.

A first offer is three things:

• A specific person

• A specific result

• A date it has to exist by

If you cannot sell it this month, you do not have an offer. You have a hobby with a logo.

Tonight, write one sentence:

I help [job + situation] get [result] in [time] without [the thing they already hate].

If the sentence is vague, it is not done. If you cannot name 10 people who match it, it is not done.

That is the whole job for week one. Not branding. Not a funnel. The sentence.
