Three progressive resistance levels (light/medium/heavy) support warm-ups, activation, isolation work, and lower-body compound lifts. From squats, deadlifts, hip abductions, and glute bridges to lateral walks, one set covers it all—improving movement quality, knee tracking, and overall stability.

An inner anti-slip grip keeps the band planted even when you’re sweating, while the widened, thicker build spreads pressure for comfort during longer sessions.
