Most small businesses don't have a customer problem. They have a follow-up problem.

I keep watching owners post every day and still say "nobody is buying."

They have customers. They just never go back to them.

If you sold to someone once, they already trusted you enough to pay. That is the warmest lead you will ever have. Most people never message them again.

Do this today, before you make another flyer:

  1. Open WhatsApp.

  2. Scroll your chats. Write down 10 people who already know you.

  3. Send one plain message: you still do the work, and if they or someone they know needs it this month, they should reply.

No graphic. No discount. No "hey king."

The owners who grow are not the ones with the best page. They are the ones who follow up while everyone else is designing a logo.

If you send the 10 and want a second pair of eyes on the replies, say so in the comments.
