The one-page framework that 10x'd my productivity as a solo entrepreneur
Most productivity advice is noise. Here's the only system that actually stuck after 3 years of building solo.
I call it the 3-3-1 framework. Every morning, write down:
3 revenue tasks — things that directly make you money (outreach, content, closing)
3 operations tasks — things that keep the machine running (fulfillment, admin, systems)
1 growth bet — one experiment that could change the trajectory (new channel, new offer, partnership)
That's it. Nine things. No Notion databases with 47 columns. No color-coded calendars.
Why it works:
Most entrepreneurs spend 80% of their time on operations and 0% on growth bets. This forces you to allocate time to the stuff that actually compounds.
The real unlock: Track your growth bets weekly. After 4 weeks, you'll have tested 28 ideas. One of them will hit. That's how businesses break through plateaus.
I've packed this framework (and 12 others) into downloadable PDFs with fill-in templates, real examples, and weekly tracking sheets.
If you're tired of productivity theater and want frameworks that actually generate results — the Vault is open.
