Why every real estate tool stops halfway through the deal

I've been looking at real estate tech for a while and noticed the same gap everywhere: listing portals show you properties, calculators crunch numbers, and CRMs help brokers manage clients — but nothing connects the three.

That means an investor finds a property on one app, opens a spreadsheet or a separate calculator to check if the price makes sense, then has to jump into email or WhatsApp to actually talk to the broker and track the deal. Three tools, three logins, and the analysis never travels with the listing.

I'm building EstateOne to close that gap. One flow: search a property → see if it's actually a good deal (cap rate, cash flow, price-per-sqm vs comparables, over/underpriced flags) → run the mortgage/tax/fee math → message the broker and track the deal to close. Brokers get a CRM on the same platform so the conversation doesn't leave the deal.

Curious if others building in real estate or proptech have run into the same "too many tools" problem — what did you end up stitching together?
