The 3 Money Leaks Killing Your Wealth (And How to Plug Them This Week)

Most people earning $50K-$150K think their problem is income. It's not. It's architecture.

After working with hundreds of earners through the Extraordinary Paycheck Framework, I've found the same 3 leaks draining almost every paycheck:

Leak #1: The Lifestyle Creep Tax

Every raise you get, your expenses mysteriously rise to match. That $500/month raise? Gone before you notice. The fix: automate 60% of every raise into a compounding vehicle before your brain can "upgrade" your lifestyle.

Leak #2: The Dead Dollar Problem

Your emergency fund sitting in a 0.01% savings account isn't safe — it's dying. Every dollar that isn't deployed is a dollar working for someone else. Move it into a high-yield position at minimum.

Leak #3: The One-Stream Trap

One income source = one point of failure. If your employer decides tomorrow that you're redundant, your entire financial architecture collapses. Start building income stream #2 this month. Not next quarter. This month.

The Extraordinary Paycheck Framework was built to fix all three systematically. Not with hype or crypto moonshots — with boring, compounding, structural wealth that your grandkids will benefit from.

Why entrepreneurs who earn $100K+ still have $0 in real wealth

I've watched this play out hundreds of times.

Someone builds a business. Revenue hits six figures. Maybe multiple six figures. And at the end of the year? Nothing to show for it.

Not because they're stupid. Not because they got unlucky. Because they never had a system.

Here's the pattern:

Income goes up → lifestyle inflates → money disappears → cycle repeats.

The fix isn't "spend less" or "save more." That's the advice broke people give. The fix is architecture.

You need a framework that tells every dollar where to go before it arrives. A system that separates operating capital from wealth-building capital. A structure that compounds while you sleep.

Three things I wish someone told me at $100K:

  1. Income is not wealth. You can earn $200K/year and be financially fragile. Wealth is what you keep and compound, not what hits your account.

  1. Structure beats discipline. Willpower runs out. Systems don't. Automate your capital allocation or watch it evaporate.

  1. Protection matters as much as growth. One bad decision can erase five years of compounding. Risk management isn't optional.

If you're earning well but your net worth doesn't reflect it — the problem isn't how much you make. It's that you don't have a framework.
