How I feed a family of 4 for €30/week using only Lidl

Most people think eating well on a budget means rice and beans every night. It doesn't.

Here's a sample €30 weekly meal plan I built using only Lidl products:

Monday β€” One-pot chicken pasta bake (€3.20)

Tuesday β€” Veggie stir-fry with egg noodles (€2.10)

Wednesday β€” Lentil soup with crusty bread (€1.80)

Thursday β€” Homemade pizza with seasonal veg (€3.50)

Friday β€” Fish fingers, mash & peas (€2.90)

Saturday β€” Bean chilli with rice (€2.40)

Sunday β€” Roast chicken with roasted veg (€4.80)

Total: €20.70 β€” and that leaves almost €10 for breakfasts, snacks, and extras.

The trick isn't cutting corners. It's knowing which products to buy, what's in season, and how to build recipes around what's actually cheap this week.

That's exactly what PlanMyPlate does. Every week, new meal plans matched to your supermarket and budget. No thinking, no waste, no stress.

If you're a student living on ramen or a parent who's tired of the "what's for dinner" spiral β€” this is for you.
