• a property asking to use your content again

No win is too small.

Drop yours in the comments when it happens. This thread is here so you can look back and see the momentum building.

Before You Send a Pitch, Fix This

Weak:

"Hi, I love your hotel and would love to collaborate."

Better:

Lead with one real detail about the property, connect it to the kind of content you create, then make a simple collaboration ask.

A useful structure:

  1. Specific property signal

  2. Why it fits your content or audience

  3. One or two content ideas

  4. Clear next step

The Template Vault gives you the starting wording. Your job is to make it sound like you and make it specific to the property.

Personalised beats polished-and-generic every time.

No Travel Portfolio Yet? Start Here

You do not need ten previous hotel stays before you can start building relevant proof.

Start with what you already have:

• brand content that shows strong filming, editing or storytelling

• family or lifestyle content that feels close to real guest behaviour

• local days out, venues or experiences that show how you capture a place

• creator work that proves you understand briefs and delivery

Then shape your portfolio around the question a property is really asking:

"What could this creator make for us?"

Your goal is not to pretend you already have a huge travel portfolio. It is to make the next yes feel easy.

ā±ļø Your First 30-Minute Travel Collab Sprint

Do this before you open ten tabs and convince yourself you need a whole new strategy.

10 minutes: Find 3 properties you would genuinely like to work with.

10 minutes: Research 1 properly.

10 minutes: Personalise 1 pitch and send it.

One good pitch beats 20 copy-paste ones.
