The 3 AI Prompts That Changed My Amazon FBA Research
Most FBA sellers waste 10+ hours a week on product research. I got it down to under 2 hours using three specific AI prompts.
Here's the framework:
1. The Market Gap Finder
Instead of asking AI "what should I sell on Amazon," I prompt it to analyze review complaints in specific subcategories. You feed it the top 10 BSR listings' negative reviews and ask it to identify recurring pain points no current product solves. This alone eliminated 80% of my bad product picks.
2. The Listing Reverse Engineer
Take any top-performing listing and run it through a prompt that breaks down exactly WHY it converts — the keyword structure, the benefit hierarchy, the image strategy implied by the bullet points. Then use that blueprint for your own listing instead of guessing.
3. The Supplier Negotiation Prep
Before every supplier call, I run a prompt that generates 5 leverage points based on the product category, typical margins, and MOQ patterns. Saved me $2.40/unit on my last order.
These are just 3 of the 40+ prompts I've built specifically for FBA sellers. I packaged all of them with plug-and-play Notion dashboards for tracking inventory, profits, and launches.
